Mortgage Impairment Insurance

Arcana, through its parent company CEM Insurance Company will provide fronting, marketing and line underwriting for Lloyds of London for this product. This product is 100% secured through Lloyd's. Coverage is for "required perils" defined in the loan documents and includes high limits up to $50 million, foreclosed property coverage, flood, earthquake, legal liability to third parties for certain acts, losses from "non-required perils" and errors and omissions coverage.
