Our Dwelling Protector homeowner program offers the mortgage customer the opportunity to purchase coverage on a voluntary basis and provides coverage similar to what the customer can purchase on the open market. This program provides insurance coverage on the dwelling, personal property, adjacent structures, and also provides personal liability coverage with several coverage options. This program is “flat rated” offering simplified rate & quote capability for ease of processing and issue. The standard deductible is $ 500.00, with higher options, and premium can be paid via credit card.
