We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about Clients to our employees and those employees of our affiliates who need to know such information in order to provide products or services to our Clients. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to guard all nonpublic personal information we maintain regarding Clients.

Arcana treats Personal Information about former customers in accordance with the policies described in this Privacy Policy regarding current customers.
