24/7 Claims Reporting capability. Customers can report a claim occurrence 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
Claims can be reported several ways - via Internet, Phone call, Fax or U.S. Mail.
We have a highly experienced Claims staff for both 1st & 3rd party claims.
Our Claims Specialist understand the unique claims issues of CPI, Mortgage Hazard, and/or “force placed” customers .
Our Claims Adjusters are strategically located throughout the country.
Our goal is to make “first contact” with all claims customers within 24 hours of the claim report.
Our goal is to conclude 80% of our property claims within 30 days of the claims report.
Our goal is to conclude 75% of our 3rd party (liability) claims within 75 days of the loss report.
Claims Operations are consistently audited to assure regulatory compliance and superior customer service ratings.
